Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist patients in reaching their rehabilitation goals with personalized care
- Collaborate with physical therapists to implement effective treatment plans
- Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence after injury or illness
- Document progress and communicate updates with the care team
- Create a welcoming, encouraging environment for every patient
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic rehab setting
