Roles & Responsibilities

Assist patients in reaching their rehabilitation goals with personalized care
Collaborate with physical therapists to implement effective treatment plans
Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence after injury or illness
Document progress and communicate updates with the care team
Create a welcoming, encouraging environment for every patient

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic rehab setting

Knowledge & Skills

Rehabilitation therapy techniques
Patient mobility assistance
Treatment plan implementation
Progress documentation
