Location: Caldwell, Texas

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, fractures, neuro conditions, wounds, and general debility
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to deliver excellent patient care
Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
Document treatment sessions and communicate progress with the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Active Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification required
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not mandatory
New graduates welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable treating a mix of inpatient acute, skilled nursing, and outpatient diagnoses
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage a 7-treatment-hour daily caseload
Willingness to rotate holidays with the team
