Pharmacist – UHC Staffing

Pharmacist

Location: Mishawaka, Indiana

Start Date: 02-08-2026

End Date: 10-24-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Varied shifts including some evening shifts 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM (10-hour shifts) and 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM (11-hour shifts), plus day shifts starting 6:00 AM - 8:30 AM (8-hour shifts), every other weekend on day shift

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care to patients across the hospital
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapies
Ensure accurate medication dispensing and patient safety
Utilize Epic EMR to document and manage patient information
Provide expert guidance on drug interactions and dosing

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist license in Indiana
BLS certification required
Hospital pharmacy experience required
Epic EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of hospital pharmacy operations
Proficiency with Epic EMR systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
