Location: Santa Maria, California

Candidate Pay Rate: $76 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality PET/CT scans using advanced imaging technology
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures with care and professionalism
- Ensure radiation safety protocols are followed for patients and staff
- Accurately document patient information and scan results
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize patient care
Qualifications
- Valid ARRT or NMTCB certification in nuclear medicine technology
- California state license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- At least 1 year of experience in PET/CT imaging preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in PET/CT scanner operation and image acquisition
- Strong understanding of radiation safety and ALARA principles
- Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
