Roles & Responsibilities

• Empower patients to regain independence through personalized occupational therapy plans
• Assess client needs and develop innovative treatment strategies that make real differences
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional, compassionate care
• Guide patients in daily living skills, boosting their confidence and quality of life
• Track progress and adapt therapies to ensure meaningful, lasting outcomes

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Valid Washington state license or ability to obtain one quickly
• Passionate about helping others achieve their highest potential
• Strong communication skills to connect with patients and teams

Education

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy for OTs
• Associate's degree from an accredited program for COTAs
• Completion of NBCOT certification and state licensure requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
• Proficiency in patient evaluation and progress documentation
• Knowledge of assistive devices and home modification strategies
• Compassionate approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
