Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with every 3rd weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized occupational therapy services in patients' homes across assigned geographical regions
Assess and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, strokes, joint replacements, and spinal injuries
Complete OASIS documentation to meet government-mandated requirements
Collaborate with PT, OT, and Speech colleagues to provide comprehensive home-based care
Support patients through meaningful rehabilitation journeys in comfortable home environments
Maintain professional business attire with white lab coat standards

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience working in PT/OT/Speech
Experience with OASIS documentation required
Home health setting experience preferred but not required
Comfortable with Cerner EMR system

Knowledge & Skills

Strong OASIS documentation skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently in home-based settings
Flexible approach to scheduling and patient needs
Collaborative mindset with interdisciplinary teams
