Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to medical-surgical patients
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes swiftly
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision
Educate patients and families to empower their recovery

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, DCI/BVP certifications
Recent Med/Surg experience preferred
Passed Prime exams including Pharmacology, Rhythm Interpretation, Core Competencies, and Specialty

Education

RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in rhythm interpretation and pharmacology
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Competence in core nursing competencies
