Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team promptly
Assist with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
Collaborate with nursing and facility staff to maintain a safe, efficient environment
Support a positive resident experience through clear communication and kindness

Qualifications

Current LPN license (practical nurse) — ability to practice in Pennsylvania preferred
Minimum clinical experience as an LPN (exact years not specified in posting)
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

LPN diploma or equivalent practical nursing education

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic assessment and monitoring of vital signs
Familiarity with long-term care or skilled nursing workflows
Infection control and patient safety principles
Electronic charting and basic computer literacy
