Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients in your assigned unit
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team promptly
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Support admissions, transfers, and discharges to maintain smooth patient flow

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (eligible or issued in Georgia)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtainable upon hire
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts and adapting to unit needs
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered mindset
Prior long-term care or acute care experience preferred but not required

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program or equivalent diploma/certificate

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and patient monitoring
Proficient with vital signs assessments and basic patient evaluations
Familiarity with infection control practices and wound care basics
Comfortable documenting in electronic medical records
Effective teamwork, time management, and clear communication
