Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Full-time, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM (with 30 min meal), 5 days/week

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to rehab patients, making a real difference in their recovery journeys
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans
Monitor patient progress and advocate for their needs every step of the way
Foster a supportive environment that promotes healing and independence

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
At least 1 year of nursing experience, rehab preferred
Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care

Education

Completion of accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in medication administration and wound care
Excellent assessment and documentation abilities
Compassionate communication with patients and families
Team collaboration in fast-paced rehab settings
