Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (variable days), 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Day shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to residents, ensuring dignity and respect
Administer medications and treatments accurately according to orders
Perform timely patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team
Document care and observations clearly in the resident record
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support residents and families through education and empathetic communication

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license (appropriate to the role) in Massachusetts
Experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care settings preferred
Ability to work per diem shifts, including day coverage starting at 7:00 AM
Current immunizations and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program (as applicable to the role)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and bedside care skills
Medication administration and documentation proficiency
Comfortable with charting in electronic or paper-based systems
Clear, compassionate communication with residents, families, and team members
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
