Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Day/Evening shift

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient vital signs and clinical changes
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support care plans
Perform wound care, basic procedures, and patient hygiene assistance as needed
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record

Qualifications

Current LPN license in New Hampshire required
Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Current immunizations and ability to pass required health screenings
Ability to work per diem shifts, including 12+ hour schedules
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Background check and any facility-specific onboarding requirements

Education

Completion of accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical assessment skills
Proficient in taking and interpreting vital signs
Comfortable with electronic medical record documentation
Infection control practices and patient safety focus
Patient education and family communication
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
