Candidate Pay Rate: $45 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in procedure rooms with patient positioning to ensure comfort and safety
Collect specimens accurately to support timely diagnostics
Perform bedside precleaning of scopes to maintain the highest infection-control standards
Set up and break down scopes efficiently so procedures run smoothly
Restock supplies proactively so the team always has what they need

Qualifications

BLS certification required
At least 1 year of previous GI tech experience
Comfortable working in an ambulatory procedural environment

Knowledge & Skills

GI/Endo procedures including EGDs, colonoscopies, and flexible sigmoidoscopies
Patient positioning techniques
Specimen collection best practices
Scope set-up, breakdown, and bedside precleaning
Restocking and supply management
