Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
Assist with safe patient transfers, mobility, and positioning
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients
Document patient interactions and care accurately and timely
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to support excellent patient outcomes
Support infection control practices and follow facility policies consistently

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (required) — must be eligible to work in Georgia facility
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care and to work 12.5-hour shifts
Willingness to complete background check, immunizations, and required pre-employment screenings
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA program and current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and comfort techniques, including ADLs support
Vital signs monitoring and basic clinical observations
Infection prevention and safety practices
Safe transfer and body mechanics
Accurate charting and recordkeeping
Clear communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
