Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania required
BLS certification preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of patient care principles
Ability to follow instructions and protocols
Time management and organizational skills
