Shift Type: Per diem (as scheduled), 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM, Night shift

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Support safe and comfortable environments by following infection control and safety protocols
Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team
Help with meal assistance and safe patient transfers when needed

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Valid state authorization to practice as a CNA (per facility requirements)
Ability to perform physical aspects of patient care and safe lifting techniques
Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude
Willingness to work evening and overnight per-diem shifts

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing care and patient safety practices
Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADL) assistance
Basic documentation and charting skills
Ability to follow care plans and report observations clearly
Teamwork and collaboration within a multidisciplinary care team
