Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations at Elm Wood Center to ensure smooth facility management
- Coordinate staff schedules and resources to deliver exceptional resident care
- Oversee compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the care team
- Manage administrative tasks that keep the center running efficiently
Qualifications
- Prior administrative or leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

- Regulatory compliance and safety protocols
