Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist and scrub for a wide range of procedures across EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular and Cardiac service lines
• Operate and troubleshoot Philips c-arm imaging equipment during cases
• Document procedures and patient care accurately in Epic EMR
• Prepare and maintain procedural suites, instruments and supplies following safety and sterile technique
• Monitor patient status before, during and after procedures and communicate changes to the team
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to urgent cases when scheduled
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and techs to ensure efficient case flow and high-quality patient care
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and support departmental onboarding

Qualifications

• RN license with BLS and ACLS required
• OR RCIS or ARRT credential for cath lab techs plus BLS and ACLS
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with experience in at least 3 service lines (EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular, Cardiac) required
• Experience with Philips c-arm imaging systems and Merge Vericis hemodynamic system is highly desirable
• Comfortable with Epic EMR documentation
• Flexible, self-starting attitude and ability to take direction in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to participate in on-call and weekend coverage

Education

• Valid RN license or RCIS/ARRT certification required
• Specific degree not stated; required clinical credentials and certifications are mandatory

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with cardiac cath lab procedures across EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular and Cardiac modalities
• Hands-on experience with Philips c-arm systems and image acquisition
• Familiarity with Merge Vericis and hemodynamic monitoring workflows
• Strong Epic EMR documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in team ratios of 3 to 4 depending on case complexity
• Excellent patient monitoring, communication and aseptic technique
