Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional critical care to stepdown patients making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Administer treatments and medications ensuring top-tier safety standards
Advocate for patients providing personalized care that truly matters

Qualifications

Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
Critical care stepdown experience preferred
Certifications including BLS ACLS and others as required

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical care nursing skills
Excellent patient assessment abilities
Effective communication and teamwork
Proficiency in stepdown unit protocols
