Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop personalized therapy plans to help patients reach their communication goals
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to provide comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to support ongoing progress

Qualifications

Current SLP license in California
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders
Swallowing evaluation and therapy techniques
Patient documentation and progress tracking
Interdisciplinary collaboration
