Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate social work services to patients and families
Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop care plans
Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless support
Facilitate 5150 evaluations and involuntary holds when clinically appropriate
Connect patients with vital community resources and support services
Advocate for patient needs while maintaining the highest ethical standards

Qualifications

Active California LCSW license required
Current BLS certification
5150 certification in California required
Prior experience with Dignity Health facilities strongly preferred
Strong clinical assessment and crisis intervention skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in involuntary psychiatric holds and 5150 processes
Knowledge of California mental health regulations
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
Understanding of community resources and referral networks
