Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start with variable end times, plus call and float between campuses as needed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $98 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist physicians as directed during surgical procedures
Provide first assistant support across multiple specialties including ortho, robotics, neuro, and GYN
Float between campuses as needed to support patient care
Respond to call within 30 minutes when scheduled
Collaborate with OR techs and the care team to ensure smooth case flow

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
RNFA certification or equivalent experience
Strong experience in ortho, robotics, neuro, and GYN procedures

Knowledge & Skills

Robotics experience is a deal breaker
Comfortable with Cerner EMR
Skilled in scrubbing when needed
Able to handle a variety of cases from totals and scopes to brain tumors and vascular procedures
