Location: Bismarck, ND

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide telemetry and cardiac monitoring for adult and geriatric patients
Titrate drips including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitro, and more
Read and interpret cardiac strips independently
Deliver PCU-level care for overflow patients, managing a 1:3 ratio
Collaborate with a dedicated team including charge nurses and techs
Float to PCU, MS, and assist with ER holds as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA required
Minimum 1 year of PCU and telemetry experience
Comfortable with titrating cardiac drips and reading strips
First-time travelers welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry/cardiac nursing expertise
Proficiency in reading and interpreting cardiac strips
Experience with titrating intravenous drips
Epic EHR experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
