Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care
Coordinate staffing assignments and manage shift schedules
Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a collaborative environment
Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS certification required
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Knowledge of nursing best practices and patient safety protocols
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
