Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy to patients with orthopedic conditions, focusing on upper extremity rehabilitation including shoulder repairs, wrist/elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Treat approximately 12 patients per day in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Document patient progress using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute care
Collaborate with rehab aides and COTAs to optimize patient outcomes
Cover primarily outpatient orthopedics, with potential involvement in acute inpatient, acute rehab, and transitional care

Qualifications

Active Oregon Occupational Therapy license required
BLS certification required
Experience with orthopedic upper extremity therapy, including shoulder repairs, wrist/elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Lymphedema training is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in ReDoc documentation for outpatient and Meditech for acute care
Knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation, especially upper extremity conditions
Ability to handle a caseload of 12 patients daily
Strong communication and teamwork skills
