Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including weekends and holidays; schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance with options for single facility or Just-In-Time assignments.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population in various Med/Surg-Telemetry units across multiple facilities in Zone 3.
Monitor telemetry and cardiac rhythms, titrate heparin drips as needed, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Float seamlessly between facilities including OrthoColorado, Longmont United, St. Anthony, and St. Anthony North.
Adapt quickly to different unit cultures and patient acuities, from general medicine to cardiac, neuro, oncology, and more.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg-Telemetry experience
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Must be willing to float within a 60-mile radius in Zone 3

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Cardiac drip titration (e.g., Heparin)
Patient assessment and care planning
Strong communication and adaptability
Proficiency in electronic health records
