Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Varying 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy care to a diverse patient population, primarily geriatric, including ortho, neuro, vestibular disorders, and fall prevention.
Collaborate with a supportive team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Utilize EMR system for accurate documentation and patient progress tracking.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies.

Qualifications

1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS and CPR certifications
Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona or compact eligibility
Experience with EMR systems

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in orthopedics, neurology, and vestibular rehabilitation
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
