Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and one holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert ventilator management and respiratory support for adult and neonatal patients
Deliver life-saving treatments including BiPAP, nebulizer therapy, and ABG draws
Assist with intubations and provide standby support during conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
Collaborate with a dedicated lead therapist and multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient care
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients requiring advanced respiratory interventions

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT certification accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Strong NICU experience with competence in bubble CPAP for 32 weeks and up
Proven ventilator management skills and ability to work independently on night shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management and setup
Bubble CPAP and BiPAP expertise
ABG draws and nebulizer treatments
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
Equipment proficiency with PB 980, Philips V60, and Respironics Lumis
