Respiratory Therapist
Location: Silverdale, Washington

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and one holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert ventilator management and respiratory support for adult and neonatal patients
- Deliver life-saving treatments including BiPAP, nebulizer therapy, and ABG draws
- Assist with intubations and provide standby support during conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
- Collaborate with a dedicated lead therapist and multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient care
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients requiring advanced respiratory interventions
Qualifications
- Active Washington RT License required
- RRT or CRT certification accepted
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong NICU experience with competence in bubble CPAP for 32 weeks and up
- Proven ventilator management skills and ability to work independently on night shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- Ventilator management and setup
- Bubble CPAP and BiPAP expertise
- ABG draws and nebulizer treatments
- Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
- Equipment proficiency with PB 980, Philips V60, and Respironics Lumis
