Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (NOC)

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in a transitional rehab setting
Monitor patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to tailor care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Document patient assessments and interventions thoroughly
Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge plans

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience, preferably in rehab or med-surg
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency with electronic health records and point-of-care technology
Flexibility to handle varying patient acuity and unit demands
