Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes promptly
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Previous telemetry or med-surg experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
- Excellent assessment and clinical judgment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
