Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 48

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to adult patients with cardiac, vascular, and respiratory conditions
Manage titratable drips including Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and insulin
Interpret telemetry strips and monitor patient rhythms with confidence
Insert and manage arterial lines while ensuring patient safety and comfort
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
Float to MedSurg or ICU units when needed to support patients at the appropriate acuity level
Educate patients and families about medications and care plans with clarity and empathy

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Competency in arterial line management
Strong telemetry interpretation skills
Experience with titratable drips preferred
Ability to work 48 hours per week on a 13-week assignment

Flexibility to float between units and adapt to changing needs
