Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend, will float units

Hours per Week: 60

Candidate Pay Rate: $68 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess the physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient to deliver personalized care
Develop and implement nursing care plans that make a real difference
Lead and support your team in carrying out exceptional patient care
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and track progress with detailed documentation
Plan treatments and manage discharges to ensure smooth transitions

Qualifications

Active Illinois nursing license
Recent skills checklist within the last year
2 supervisory references
Active certifications
COVID vaccination status

Education

Nursing degree with active RN license

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and care planning
Team leadership and delegation
Documentation and treatment planning
Discharge coordination
