Registered Nurse - Neuro Telemetry
Location: Chandler, Arizona
Start Date: 06-22-2026
End Date: 09-21-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to neuro and telemetry patients on a 26-bed unit
- Monitor and interpret EKGs while delivering expert cardiac and neurological nursing interventions
- Collaborate with hospitalists, charge nurses, and respiratory therapists to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about neuro conditions, pulmonary care, and recovery plans
- Respond swiftly to changes in patient status using your ACLS training and critical thinking skills
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry or neuro experience within the past 6 months
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Successful completion of Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam (2 attempts maximum)
- Ability to interpret EKGs and manage high-flow oxygen therapies
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia recognition
- Neuro and stroke patient care expertise
- Telemetry monitoring and centralized cardiac surveillance
- Airvo/High Flow oxygen management
- Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
