Location: Centennial, Colorado

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients across MS-Tele and specialty units
Float throughout Zone 1 facilities, adapting quickly to Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, Renal, Ortho, Trauma, and ED Observation units
Titrate Heparin drips and monitor patients with varying acuity levels
Collaborate with designated Charge Nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Support patients recovering from cardiac events, neuro conditions, orthopedic surgeries, and general medicine needs

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience
Neuro experience preferred
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and adapt to various units and patient populations

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills across multiple specialties
Experience with cardiac monitoring, neuro assessments, and post-surgical care
Comfortable floating between ICU holds, PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele units
Excellent communication and adaptability in dynamic float pool environments
