Location: Centennial, Colorado

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care across multiple specialties including Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, Renal, Bariatrics, Ortho, Trauma, and ED Observation
Titrate Heparin drips safely while monitoring patient response
Float throughout Zone 1 facilities within a 60-mile radius to support staffing needs
Collaborate with designated charge nurses and nursing assistants to deliver excellent patient outcomes
Care for adult and geriatric patients with diverse diagnoses from post-surgical to stable long-term placements
Maintain flexibility to fill scheduling gaps and support permanent staff as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience
Neuro experience preferred
Ability to float within a 60-mile zone and adapt to various acuity levels

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills across telemetry and medical-surgical units
Comfort with floating to ICU holds, PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele as needed
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and adapt to changing assignments
