Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality Med/Surg and pediatric nursing care to patients
Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings clearly and accurately
Administer medications and treatments safely according to facility protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on condition-specific care and discharge instructions
Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) — current and active license required
Experience or comfort working in Med/Surg and Pediatric patient populations
Ability to complete orientation and integrate into the facility’s care team
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Med/Surg nursing principles and pediatric care basics
Patient assessment and clinical observation skills
Accurate clinical documentation and charting
Medication administration and safety practices
Team collaboration and effective communication with patients and families
