Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Telemetry (MST)
Location: Los Angeles, California
Start Date: 06-14-2026
End Date: 06-15-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Night shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, intervening as needed
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current California RN license in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in med-surg or telemetry
- Ability to interpret basic cardiac rhythms
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in telemetry monitoring and EKG interpretation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
