Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and plan exceptional nursing care for Labor & Delivery patients
Implement and evaluate care using professional standards and specialized judgment
Deliver high-quality services while overseeing team efforts
Provide compassionate support tailored to patients' physical and developmental needs

Qualifications

RN license (Maryland or Compact Allowed, active at submission)
2+ years recent high volume Labor & Delivery experience
Active AHA ACLS and BLS certifications
Active EFM and NIHSS certifications (or obtain within 48 hours if offered)
COVID vaccine (state recorded, declinations not approved)

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in high-volume Labor & Delivery nursing
Proficiency in electronic fetal monitoring and stroke scale assessment
Strong clinical judgment for patient care planning
Flexibility to work facility schedule without restrictions
