Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor vital signs, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond to emergencies
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and adjust care plans
- Educate patients and families on conditions and recovery steps
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Critical care nursing standards and protocols
- Patient assessment and monitoring
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
