Location: Kearney, Nebraska

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, every other weekend, self-scheduling

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide critical care to a diverse patient population including trauma, cardiac, and stroke patients
Titrate complex cardiac drips and manage ventilators
Monitor and interpret telemetry strips
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Float to PCU or MedSurg as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience preferred
Ability to work every other weekend
Must live outside 50-mile radius from Kearney, NE

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in titrating vasoactive drips
Experience with telemetry interpretation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
