Shift Type: Per Diem - Varied shifts including Wednesday, Friday, Monday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate dialysis care to patients with renal conditions
Monitor patient vital signs and dialysis equipment during treatments
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and home care
Document patient assessments and responses to treatment accurately

Qualifications

Current RN license in Missouri (or compact state)
BLS certification required
Previous dialysis experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in dialysis principles and procedures
Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize tasks
Compassionate patient-centered care approach
Proficiency in electronic medical records
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
