Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; specific schedule details provided upon interview

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using CT and X-ray equipment
Work in a fast-paced environment including OR, ER, and inpatient/outpatient settings
Operate Philips iPatient 64 and Big Bore 16 CT systems
Assist with C-arm procedures in the operating room
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain accurate patient records in Cerner EMR
Adhere to radiation safety protocols and infection control standards

Qualifications

At least 2 years of recent experience as a Radiology Tech (first-time travelers welcome)
Active ARRT certification
Current BLS certification (AHA)
California state fluoroscopy permit (Fluro)
CT experience is required
Level II Trauma experience preferred but not required
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in CT and X-ray imaging
Strong understanding of anatomy and positioning
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Cerner EMR systems
Adaptable to changing patient volumes and priorities
