Shift Type: 4-hour shift (specific start/end times and days to be confirmed), orientation required

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate radiology equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
Position patients carefully and compassionately to ensure comfort and accuracy
Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain a safe imaging environment
Review images for technical quality and communicate issues to the radiologist
Document procedures accurately in the patient record and maintain HIPAA standards
Participate in orientation activities and support onboarding of new team members

Qualifications

Registered Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) credential required (ARRT preferred)
State of Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain state license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or must obtain upon hire
Comfortable working with pediatric and adult patients with a caring attitude
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a clinical team
Previous imaging experience preferred but new grads with solid training are welcome

Education

Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field; ARRT registry preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with digital radiography equipment and imaging workflows
Familiarity with PACS and basic image management
Understanding of radiation safety principles and infection control
Competent documentation in electronic health records
Good patient positioning and anatomy knowledge for diagnostic imaging
