Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on therapy that helps patients regain strength and independence
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized rehab plans
- Evaluate and treat a diverse mix of inpatient and outpatient cases
- Document progress and adjust treatments to maximize recovery
- Support patients through every milestone on their healing journey
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in California
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Current BLS certification
- Comfortable working both inpatient and outpatient settings
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills
- Experience with spinal cord injuries, stroke, and ortho cases
- Cerner EMR proficiency
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
