Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
Assist with activities of daily living to promote comfort and dignity
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Help create a warm, welcoming environment for every patient

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and flexibility for per diem shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and safety protocols
Effective communication with residents and families
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
