Roles & Responsibilities

Assist patients with therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and strength
Support licensed physical therapists in delivering personalized care plans
Help patients regain independence through hands-on rehabilitation techniques
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team
Create a positive, encouraging environment for every patient you meet

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
Minimum 1 year of experience in rehabilitation therapy
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of therapeutic exercise techniques
Ability to follow and implement care plans
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Compassionate approach to patient rehabilitation
