Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Help create a warm, supportive environment that promotes healing and comfort
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure each resident receives personalized attention
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in New Mexico
- Current CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
