Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy evaluation and treatment using evidence-based practices
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that help patients reach meaningful goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate excellent care for each patient
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and timely in the facility EMR
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and prevention strategies
• Participate in orientation and onboarding activities to maintain program standards and continuity

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation)
• Strong patient communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Comfortable working in an outpatient/facility setting and participating in orientation

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; graduation from accredited PT program required

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in assessment and treatment planning for outpatient physical therapy patients
• Proficient documentation practices and clinical record-keeping
• Familiarity with therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and functional training
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Good organizational skills and time management for short-shift workflows
