Shift Type: Monday-Friday, hours may vary between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to 8-10 patients daily
Treat a variety of conditions including general orthopedic, neurological, BPPV, vestibular disorders, and fall prevention
Work primarily with a large geriatric population to improve mobility and quality of life
Document patient progress using EMR systems with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to deliver comprehensive care plans
Develop individualized treatment strategies that address each patient's unique needs

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona
Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
Current BLS and CPR certifications
EMR documentation experience
Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy techniques and best practices
EMR systems for accurate patient documentation
Geriatric rehabilitation and fall prevention strategies
Vestibular and BPPV treatment approaches
Patient assessment and individualized care planning
