Shift Type: Monday-Friday, hours may vary between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to 8-10 patients daily
- Treat a variety of conditions including general orthopedic, neurological, BPPV, vestibular disorders, and fall prevention
- Work primarily with a large geriatric population to improve mobility and quality of life
- Document patient progress using EMR systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to deliver comprehensive care plans
- Develop individualized treatment strategies that address each patient's unique needs
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Current BLS and CPR certifications
- EMR documentation experience
- Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Knowledge & Skills
- Outpatient physical therapy techniques and best practices
- EMR systems for accurate patient documentation
- Geriatric rehabilitation and fall prevention strategies
- Vestibular and BPPV treatment approaches
- Patient assessment and individualized care planning
