Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to approximately 12 patients daily
Assess, treat, and progress a primarily orthopedic caseload with room for variety
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Document care and communicate progress clearly with patients and referring providers
Step in to support acute inpatient needs when your schedule allows

Qualifications

Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfort treating a wide range of diagnoses in a small-town setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a busy outpatient schedule while maintaining quality care
Flexibility to assist in acute care when needed
Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
Team-oriented mindset in a multidisciplinary environment
